Recurring Payment Authorization – Web & Email Services

Web & Email Monthly Package

We will:

• Host your domain(s) and your website.
• Renew up to three domains on a yearly basis through our preferred domain registrar.
• Provide up to two hours per month in website, email and domain changes and tutorials. (Use-or lose basis: Hours do not accrue month-to-month. Hours in excess of this agreement will be billed separately at $25 per hour. Hours outside of 9am to 5pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday will be billed separately. Holiday hours will be billed separately.)
• Provide up to 10 forwarding emails (name@yourwebsite.com). Tutorial for using your email address with Gmail or Yahoo email accounts.
• Charge you $50/month for this service.

You will:

• Pay us $50.00 per month via credit/debit card on an automatically recurring basis, agreeing to the terms above.
• Provide text and images for website changes.
• Appoint Marcum Group Media as your representative with full access to your domain, hosting, and email records, including passwords and usernames as necessary.
• Agree to notify us with sixty days notice to cancel this agreement.
• Provide as much time as possible for website and email changes by planning and submitting changes on a timely basis.
